What is content strategy? Who can do it? How can we help our clients and organizations understand its value?
Content strategy guides the creation, delivery, and governance of useful, usable content. It helps us balance business goals with user needs when we’re creating content requirements, collaborating with designers, and making decisions about how content will be structured and managed.
If you're new to content strategy, or if you’re a practitioner who just wants to brush up on the basics, this introductory course is for you.
The workshop takes place at Parkway Central Library in the Skyline Room, located on the 4th floor. Tickets are open to the public, but seats are limited, so it’s best to register in advance.
